Job Summary
The Trade Support Specialist will provide post-sales client support by assisting traders with account-related inquiries, trade assistance, and platform support. This role involves client engagement, troubleshooting, risk management guidance, and personalized trading support to enhance the overall trading experience.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Client Support & Retention:
- Proactively engage with clients post-sales to ensure seamless trading operations.
- Provide expert assistance with trade execution, margin calls, and account funding issues.
- Address and resolve client concerns related to MT4/MT5, trading tools, and market access.
✅ Trading & Market Insights:
- Educate clients on market trends, trading strategies, and risk management.
- Offer strategic guidance on order types, leverage management, and position sizing.
- Collaborate with the Research & Analysis team to deliver timely market insights.
✅ Technical Support & Troubleshooting:
- Assist clients in navigating trading platforms (MT4/MT5, WebTrader, Mobile Apps) efficiently.
✅ Client Retention & Engagement:
- Identify at-risk clients and proactively re-engage them through personalized support.
- Conduct follow-ups on trading performance, market trends, and portfolio adjustments to enhance client satisfaction.
- Promote GODO’s value-added services, advanced trading tools, and educational resources.
✅ Collaboration & Reporting:
- Work closely with the Sales, Risk, and Compliance teams to optimize the overall client experience.
- Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions, concerns, and solutions provided.
Requirements
✔ Fresh graduates with a background in Finance, Economics, Business, or Trading.
✔ Strong understanding of financial markets, Forex, CFDs, and derivatives.
✔ Fluent in Arabic (Mandatory) and English for effective client communication.
✔ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
✔ Ability to handle high-pressure situations and multitask effectively.
✔ Prior exposure to MT4/MT5 or trading platforms is a plus but not mandatory.
✔ Strong understanding of financial markets, Forex, CFDs, and derivatives.
