Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Relationship Manager to join our growing team, specializing in the Iraqi, Iranian, and Arabic-speaking markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in forex sales, client relationship management, and business development, with a focus on expanding our presence in these regions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients from Iraq, Iran, and Arabic-speaking countries.
- Identify and onboard new retail traders, high-net-worth individuals, and Introducing Brokers (IBs).
- Provide clients with forex market insights, trading strategies, and risk management solutions.
- Promote the company’s forex trading platforms, products, and investment opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets through client acquisition and retention.
- Handle client inquiries, provide support, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated with forex market trends, global economic news, and regulatory changes.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, compliance, and trading desk) to enhance client services.
Requirements
- Experience: 2-5 years in a relationship management or sales role within the forex, trading, or financial services sector.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of forex trading, CFDs, and financial markets.
- Sales-Driven: Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Language Skills: Must be fluent in Arabic and Farsi, with strong English communication skills.
- Network: Established connections with forex traders, IBs, and high-net-worth clients in Iraq, Iran, and Arabic-speaking markets.
- Languages: Fluency in English (additional languages like Arabic, Russian, or Mandarin are a plus).
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with trading platforms, CRM systems, and sales analytics tools.
